What is Healing Calmness?
How did this all get started. In the end of 2018 into early 2019 I got very very sick. I was unable to function and essentially my entire nervous system and body was just overloaded and everything stopped functioning correctly. I had endured too much stress and had a breakdown. Doctors were unable to help me and that's when I realized the entire system was broken. And it had broken me and was unable to fix me.
So at this point I knew my only chance was to fix and heal myself. I had Meditated before and had previously worked it into the end of my gym workout for the last couple of years. I took what I had learned and went deeper down the Meditation rabbit-hole. I decided to learn how to belly breath better and to dedicate a minimum of 1 hour+ per day on my Meditation work. I stuck with this and for a whole year Meditated at least 1 hour or more daily. It was amazing and I started to heal and feel better and life started to get back on track. It was very hard work and at times I didn’t want to do it, but I knew it was the only way for me to heal.
It made me realize how much stress I was enduring and how many past traumas were lodged inside me. I had years and years of past stored up negative emotions that were just buried deep inside me. For many years I was using many escapes (Alcohol, Nicotine, Marijuana, Sex, Coffee, etc, etc) anything that would help me to bury what I was actually feeling. I was running from myself and it made me unconscious, sad, and ill.
I started to unleash and bring my past traumas and old stored negative emotions to the surface one by one and day by day with my Meditation and Breath Work. I had many good days and even still bad days but things were feeling better and I was more and more alive everyday.
Some days my meditations were happy and uplifting and some days they were painful because I was bringing traumas and fears that I didn’t even know were inside me. Things that were buried for so many years had began to pop up into the surface. I was finally committed to doing the work and to know that it won’t always be easy, it won’t always be fast, and it won’t always be fun. But I’m more conscious now and I can see things clearer now and find that I want to escape less and less.
Fast Forward to NOW. It’s 2023 and the world is moving very very fast. So much is changing and technology is moving very quickly and we NEED to slow down, Be Present, and Stay Conscious NOW more than ever. We all need time to slow down and reflect, especially these days. Many of the systems (Medical, Education, Financial, Housing, Food, etc etc) that we’ve relied on for so many years are now broken and are failing us ALL. NOW is the time to go within to bring Conscious Awareness to your past stored inner emotions and traumas. NOW is the time to do the work and make a better life for yourself.
